Description

  • During college Watrous contributed cartoons to the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s satirical magazine the Octopus (1919-1959). After World War II, while an art history professor at the university, he served as the magazine’s advisor. Visiting Pundits reflects the magazine’s comic social commentary.
